The DELLTA Model

The core goal of ArtsConnection's DELLTA Program is to educate multilingual learners to work and think like artists and help them discover their voices through the artmaking process.

How it works

DELLTA is a model for teaching arts and language acquisition through a structured Artmaking process, embedded with strategies and supports for Language Learning. Collaborative Portfolios help students analyze what and how they learn in the arts. Artist residencies for students are strengthened by Professional Learning Communities for teachers.
